Wits University, Wits Theatre: Front of House Supervisor / 2014 to 2016 (Reporting to the Production Manager)

Welcome patrons and act as the face of the theatre.

Coordination of functions, events and supervise front of house staff including ushers, box office coffee shop and bar staff.

Maintaining good relations with service providers and venue hires to ensure smooth and seamless running of functions.

Developing, implementing and monitoring of procedures to be followed by the front of house staff.

Assuring that all Health and Safety protocols are followed at all times.

Supervise box office point-of-sales, customer service experience and banking as well as including establishing rules and procedures, training staff on system usage, setting up new shows online sales and dealing with customer queries.

Market Laboratory: Interim Senior Lab Administrator / Jan to May 2014 (Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer)

Managing the process of weekly financial requisitions and compiling weekly administrative and management reports.

Develop and maintain a filling system for all Lab’s administrative documents, including, requisitions, financials and report.
