Involved in the preparation of document / procedure like PQR, WPS & QAP for approval / re-approval from client.

Recommend detail scope of work to Mkt. Dept.

Maintaining of non-conformance record & the respective correction action plan.

Ensure that the welding, heat treatment, hardness testing, inspection &NDT are in compliance with ASME codes specification.

Coordinating with third party inspection agency.

Interpretation for Ultrasonic tests, MPI tests and Radiographic inspections.

Conducting pressure test (hydro / pneumatic / oil).

Hands on experience in different types of instruments such as micrometers, bore gauges, hardness tester, surface roughness tester, thread gauges, inside micrometers, groove micrometer, dial calipers etc.

Maintain calibration certificates for gauges and measuring instruments, corresponding records.

Coordinating with client inspector for inspection & raise inspection notifications.

Inspections of raw materials plates, welding consumables of vendors as per code and client requirements.

Inspection of Surface Preparation and coating.

Education:

B.E Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Azad college of Engineering & Technology, Patna (Affiliated Magadha University) Passed with 72.33%.. in 2011.

H.S.C passed with 52.55% from Ram Mohan Roy Seminary, Patna(Bihar).

S.S.C passed with 61.1% from Loyola High School Patna, Bihar.
