SUMMARY:
During my 10 year tenure as an IT Director, the role I played was senior project manager. I played a role in facilitating the strategic direction for IT, and worked with the executive staff on the organization transformation, but for the most part I was managing a professional team comprised of a business analyst, systems analyst, a developer and a project manager.
