Responsibilities:

Managed projects following both the Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Oversaw the development and implementation of multiple projects simultaneously and ensured all projects were delivered on or before deadline and within budget.

Managed geographically dispersed project team members through several Web Application Development and Lifecycle and Infrastructure management projects like DB2 Upgrade which involved server decommissioning, Documentum upgrade, Security related changes, etc. which had cross department impacts.
