PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR/MERCHANDISE CONTROL MANAGER 2/2011-12/2014

Started as a Production Supervisor where I took my area from fifty-second to seventh in the country for pounds per operator hour, garments hung weekly, and overall production, after only a year being promoted to Merchandise Control Manager where I lead my Stockroom from seventh on the East Coast to second and from eighty-second to thirteenth in the nation for money saved (UFR), and overall production, also keeping track of finances and advising General Managers, District Managers, and the Production Manager on the budget being spent and assuring that we did not go over budget daily, weekly and monthly. I was also the acting Plant Manager in his absence. I ordered, stocked and inventoried merchandise on a daily basis. I have supervised up to (50) people and I am very capable at handling any role deemed necessary. All aspects of supervision and management.

OUTBOUND SUPERVISOR- 09/2008-02/2011- UNITED PARCEL SERVICE-(UPS)

As an Outbound Supervisor, I took my area from fifteenth to fourth in packages loaded per hour, per night, quality of walls built, and overall performance. Quality/Production reports, safety/production meetings, sealed/out bounded drivers. Lead overall performance and employee turnover meetings.

CONTRACTOR- 10/2004-09/2009- JDT/RLH CONSTRUCTION

I was laid off from Yokohama in 2004 for ten months, where I started my own business. Managed up to ten man crews, flipped houses and land for profit, showed homes to potential customers, ran all types of tools and machinery, hired, fired and kept up with hours, payroll, and purchased materials, etc.

PRODUCTION SPECIALIST- YOKOHAMA TIRE CORP-04/1999-08/2006

I was placed in a Production Specialist role where I earned (5) production awards along with (5) quality awards building quality tires on every machine in the plant, (32). I trained new workers to become productive employees, help with mechanical issues to increase productivity. I finished my career there as a Tire Finisher (Quality Inspector), inspecting (500-700) tires nightly for defects and determining the root cause of defects, determining builder error, machine/boiler issues, or defects in the materials used.

QUALITY/RETURN- UTTERMOST CORPORATION-10/1995-04/1999

My first job I started off repairing damaged items to complete orders, soon afterwards I was promoted to Quality Control where I was in control of sending defective items back to companies throughout the US and South America.

I have made changes in careers that was based on finances and family issues, given the chance, I know that I can get the job done.
