-Programmed for 3 and 5 axis machines using Advanced Machining Workbench.

-Utilized VeriCut software to check for violations, and cutter path flow to maximize milling capabilities with proper speeds and feed rate.

-Worked with mill operators on job set up, programming, and to resolve any milling issues that may have arisen.

-Programmed for various densities of foam and clay.

PLM Data Conversion on the Boeing Chinook C-47 Helicopter

-Responsible for converting CATIA V4 data, and Mylar drawings to CATIA V5 CAD Data.

-Responsible for checking CAD files for data integrity and proper format structure as per the

CATIA V5 Manufacturing - NC Programming

-Worked on various projects for NC programming supervised by Clyde Hatfield.
