JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Admin- Manager ( KRS M& WH)

Responsible for day to day operational activities i.e., front desk, patient care, outpatient department and bio medical waste management.

Implementation of recommendations and regulations that are issued from time to time by medical directors, or other regulatory authorities.

Supervision of billing activities and follow up of credit based clients.

Handling projects such as set ups of new centers.

Inventory Management.

Maintain good relationship between all categories of staff, patients, relatives, and public.

Annual Maintenance Contract of equipments.

Correspondence through Email and letter.

Coordinating with all community partners, including hospitals, health and social service agencies, and external service providers.

Overall supervision and maintenance of Housekeeping and security.

Investigations of complaints and resolve them.

To organize the duty roaster, manage leaves & smooth functioning of the departments.

To do day to day reporting & analyze the work of diagnostics department ( X- ray, Sonography, Mammography, OPG, Pathology ).

Previous Job Profile

Working as a liaison between Hospital Trustees & all medical as well as non medical staff and making them understand their job description. Establish all policies and procedures, maintaining of computer systems and databases, formulate and implementation of all hospital working systems namely Admin, OPD, MRD, Stores, HRD, Inventory, Housekeeping, and Maintenance etc. Discarding of biomedical waste (BMW), implementation of hand hygiene policy in all the areas of the hospital and streamlining of the hospital waste management system.

Manage the business side of the hospital & supervising all the activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the hospital & to oversee the work of staff so that patients receive high-quality service along with regular visits and facility rounds of the hospital. Habitual follow up with TPA related queries & try to solve them. Ensure all complaints are attended within 24 hours and solved as soon as possible.

Supervision of documents associated with admission plus discharge procedure. Responsible for the execution of standard operating procedures as per the hospital guidelines for various departments.

Recruitment, interviewing, selecting and hiring all staff and also deal with vivid doctors. Also track PRO work.

Ordering and monitoring a range of purchase for laboratory, ICU, OT, X-Ray and for all Hospital System. Liaise with vendors, contractors, insurance firms, suppliers and other partners on a regular basis. Managing inventory along with price saving orders. Keeping the hospital stocked with drugs, medicines, food items, hospital equipment, systems, allied hospital gadgets and machinery which is a priority item.
