Presently working as Utility Engineer in STEEL STRIPS GROUP (INDIAN ACRYLICS LIMITED), SANGRUR (PETROCHEMICAL PLANT) an ISO 9001-2008 certified company. (8-apr-14 to till date)

COMPANY’S PROFILE:-

Indian Acrylics Limited (IAL), Sangrur (Pb.) is an Acrylic Fiber producing unit. It is set up with the technology from DU PONT, USA. It is an ISO 9001:2008 registered Company. IAL is one of the largest Acrylics producing Company (140 Tons/day) in Asia.

JOB PROFILE AND KEY SKILLS:-

Preparation & implementation of maintenance schedules & execution of Preventive & breakdown maintenances.

Work on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Module which includes Inventory Control, Stock, Indent, Issue, Reports.

Implementing safety procedures and documenting the same.

Steam costing reports.

Preparing reports on costing.

Handling 16 technicians, Jr. Engineers and Vendor in accordance with the contracts and also providing supervision on Boilers .

Maintenance of following Machinery:-

1. Fluidized bed combustion boilers.(SIX NOS.16-40 TPH CHEEMA MADE)

2. Vapour Absorption machine (566 TR THERMAX MADE 2 Nos. and two nos. triple effect chiller)

3. Counter Flow and Cross Flow Type Cooling Towers with Cap.of 3000 cubic meter circulation of water.

4.Water treatment plant.(ION EXCHANGE MADE. (45m3/hr)

5. Maintenance of Effluent Treatment plant of Ion Exchange (75 m3/hr)

6. Operation and maintenance of Nitrogen Plant (pressure swing adsorption type) 800 M3/Hr

7. HVAC (air handling unit, air washers, room exhaust fans and humidification plant etc).

8. Screw air compressors maintenance .capacity 303 CFM to 1265 CFM.

9. Pump House and Firefighting System.

10.Mechanical equipment like Pumps, Valves, Gear Boxes, etc.

PROJECTS EXECUTION:-

1. Erection and commissioning of humidification plant 350 CMH and 295 CMH.

2. Piping BOM and erection of steam line system for dyeing plant, zero liquid discharge plant.

3. Responsibility for erection and supervision of utility compressed air system, hydrant system .

4. Piping BOM and erection Hydrant system, compressed air and new Bore well.

5. Erection and modification of 40 TPH boiler pet coke fired to husk fired.(under bed)

MS ( Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and Internet Applications .

QUALIFICATION:-

Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering (M.E.) branch from Asra College of Engineering & Technology in 2013 with (73.32%)

Diploma in mechanical engg. from Bhai gurdas Polytechnic college Sangrur in 2010 with (66.13%

Matriculation from U.P. Board, Allahabad in 2007 with 69.23%
