As Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Prepare Tender Packages for Projects Scope of Works
Review tender documents, audit quantities and rates and negotiate financial and technical aspects with tenderers.
Final Evaluation of tender documents, prepare comparative statements of quotations.
Discuss the selection of potential contractors with higher management and award of contract.
Co-ordinate with designer for missing information on ID Drawings.
Assessment of actual quantities executed & preparing variation orders.
Check monthly invoices & prepare monthly pament certificates for Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors & suppliers.
Provide support to Project Managers in bringing about solutions to contractual related issues, including claims.
As Senior Site Engineer :
Reviewing and checking of shop drawings for Construction detail (Architectural & Structural) before submitting to consultant.
Prepare purchase orders for Architectural Finishing Materials
Prepare material submittals, technical submittals and shop drawing submittals to consultant.
