Basic Function:

Perform instrument calibration and maintenance

Daily verification of laboratory equipment

Conduct physico-chem analyses for raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished products and others as required

Perform analyses, review data and prepare daily reports for ongoing review of product quality

Evaluates and/or compares results with standards

Interprets results (finds-out reasons for deviations/ makes statistical analysis, if necessary)

Conducts results recording of materials and products through SAP

Makes a correct inventory of chemicals

Conducts Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices audits

Observes all environmental and safety policies and actively participates in safety awareness campaigns

Facilitate orientation/ training to employee

Adhere efficiently to Food Safety Management System(FSMS), Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) and CARE Programs of the company
