Co-ordinate with Architect & consultants for technical queries at site.

Preparation of DLR & DPR and reporting to Organization.

Preparing the site meeting presentation for weekly progress report & MOM.

Identify new vendors who are competitive and price effective. Maintaining materials inventory and procurement.

Communicate vendors periodically & monitor the materials deliveries as per site requirement.

Coordinating and supervising engineers, contractors and staffs under my control.

To study & execute the drawing based plans and respective views.

Managing and supervising the contractors on site & advising on civil engg issues.

Checking of all works executed by the contractor.
