Experience
STUDENT NURSE CHRIS YUNG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MAY 1ST-MAY 30TH, 2017
Chris Yung was a preceptorship I was assigned to prior to graduating from the LPN program. It was to undertake all responsibilities that befell a typical school nurse: daily medication administration, detailed and precise documentation, filing injury reports, first aid, safety teaching, and most importantly interaction with students and staff alike. This experience had helped me sharpen my skills, to feel confident in my abilities as a nurse, and to realize my passion of working with children.

STUDENT NURSE SENTARA NORTHERN VA MEDICAL CENTER OCTOBER 2016-FEBRUARY 2017
Sentara is where we interacted with people from walks of all life. I practiced speaking with individuals on a personal level. I administered medication, provided emotional support, practiced infection control, and teamworking/teambuilding skills.
