Product Manager November 2014 - March 2016

Managed the successful launch of a new product for Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE), a leading global Telco operator, worth 260k €.

Coordinated the full life cycle of the product, acting as the primary point of contact for Technical and Business Teams in 3 VGE Offices (London, Egypt, and Madrid).

Supervised Product Definition, Defined Product Configuration, Pursued approval by the respective business units and Controlled technical implementation across the main IT systems, including CRM, Billing, Printing and Collections.

Identified and defined required business processes to best organize product operations, including ordering, provisions, customer support, aftersales, as well as intercompany price agreements.

Built document requirements and specs for Vodafone’s Spanish users, developers and stakeholders.

Managed prioritization & trade-offs: created a list of change requests sorted by priority and negotiated such key points with the release management team to determine the best dates to rollout the product.

Project Manager August 2007 - October 2014

Coordinated projects in the IT Solutions Department for Orange (a leading global Telco operator), to make sure that all of the objectives in relation to time, scope and cost were met, and done so in accordance with CMMI Level 3.

Identified requirements and defined specifications for commercial offer updates, such as for new pricing plans, new technical interfaces, or system upgrades.

Tracked and communicated progress/issues for projects, and presented updates/solutions to stakeholders.

Followed a formal approach to Risk Management, including Risk Identification, Assessment, Response Definition and Monitoring.

Developed feasibility studies for new products, and prepared effort estimations.

Directly managed complex and/or strategic projects that involved 4+ IT systems and 20+ interfaces.

Team Leader January 2005 – July 2007, October 2008 – October 2014

Promoted to team leader, based on demonstrated competence and willingness to learn and lead just 1 year after first joining the team. Managed teams of up to 5 members in this capacity.
