Working Experience :

1) I have worked in M.E.I. Ltd. (thane). I started as a trainee engineer in this company. I was working in an electrical maintenance department. I was engaged in finding the electrical faults of different types of machines.i.e.lathes (auto lathes, milling machines, planing and planomilling machines, table grinders and cylindrical grinders, centerless grinders) auto presses, upto 500 tonnes, electroplating rectifiers for Nickel, Chromium and zinc coating,degreasing tanks, D.G. sets up to 825 kva skoda, cooling towers, melting furnace, continuous casting conveyor, annealing furnaces for castings, core making machines, central air conditioning plant, compressors, pump houses, lighting

(street as well as residential) transformers, circuit breakers, induction hardening machines, special purpose machines, welding machines (rectifiers and transformers up to 100 kva.voltage stabilizers.

2) In G.K.W., I was engaged in electrical maintenance of an effluent treatment plant, heavy duty presses (single and double action) hydraulic and mechanical, tool room machines, annealing furnaces, E.O.T. cranes up to 50 tonnes, D.G. sets transformers and G.O.D and circuit breakers, pump house street and residential lighting canteen machines, thyristor drives of A.C. and D.C.motors.

3) Then I worked as a maintenance engineer in a bulk drug company, PIDILITE Ltd ; manufacturing adhesives includes boilers, compressors, reaction vessels, ball mills, filter presses, packing and filling machines, flameproof industrial fittings different types of pumps (multistage and diaphragm and screw pumps reciprocating pumps etc and utilities like compressors and boilers (IBR and NON IBR)

4) I have worked as an electrical and instrumentation engineer in one of the heavy chemical manufacturing company, Aegis Chemicals Ltd.; manufacturing refrigerant gases. This includes flame proof wiring, acid proof motors, pneumatic valves, chilling plants, D.G.sets, cooling towers, condensers, boilers, dryers, and lab wiring. 5) Then I joined a home appliance company, Videocon Appliances Ltd.; manufacturing air conditioners and refrigerators. There I have done the complete electrification of the air conditioning line and washing machine lines including spot welders and presses,compressors,D.G. Sets.paint booths etc.

6) Then i have joined Co-nick Alloys Ltd. a steel plant involved in erection and commissioning of all steel plant equipments like induction furnaces,E.O.T. cranes, cold and hot rolling mills, annealing furnaces, pickling lines, wire drawing plant, continuous caster (horizontal)

7) Then I joined an automobile company in Mumbai, Mahindra & Mahindra and worked in foundry division, and was involved in erection and commissioning of an induction furnace (dual track), E.O.T. cranes hoists, core making machines. There we have converted the contactor logic control panels into P.L.C. control panel. 8) Then i was working in Super and Stainless Alloys Ltd.; a wire drawing plant as works manager in Aurangabad and done complete erection and commissioning of a wire drawing plant boiler and compressors, and ammonia cracker. cooling tower E.O.T. cranes, continuous annealing furnace etc. as that company got closed. 9) I joined as a sr.electrical engineer in a steel company in Pune, Shree Precoated Steel Ltd. There i was engaged in erection and commissioning of a galvanizing line and sheet online annealing furnace and gas driers E.O.T. Cranes, P.L.C. controls of complete galvanizing line. (ac and dc drives, A.B.B. and Urotherm drives) D.G.sets cooling towers etc.

10) Then i joined Kirloskar Brothers Ltd.; one of the leading manufacturer company of valves and pumps as an Asst. Manager ( Maint.) maintaining the machine tools boilers, D.G. Sets cooling towers E.O.T. Cranes circuit breakers etc. 11) Then i joined a forging company, Trinity Auto Comps. Ltd.; as Maintenance Manager. It consists of hydraulic forging hammers, mechanical forging hammers, shot blasting machines, cooling towers, annealing furnaces, E.O.T. cranes, central air conditioning plant etc.

12) Then I got a chance of going abroad, Oman. There I joined BEC Ltd., in Muscat as a sr. service engineer. We were involved in facility maintenance management of various establishments in Oman. I was engaged in maintenance of pump houses, sewage treatment plants, industrial lighting, cold rooms, power distribution system, air conditioners refrigeration chillers pipeline and plumbing etc of an establishment in Oman. 13) Then i joined a steel plant Emirates Steel Co. LLC in Abu Dhabi, as Maintenance Manager (Electrical) engaged in erection and commissioning of a steel plant includes arc furnace (G.A. DANIELI) CON CAST 4 STRAND L.R.F. and 220 kv distribution, pumps, cranes up to 120 tonnes, distribution system, air conditioning department. etc. 14) Then i joined a steel company in Nigeria, General Steel Mills; as an electrical head. was engaged in electrical maintenance of moulding machines, and arc furnace and 2 strand caster compressors and D.G.sets etc.

15) Then I came back to India in 2011 and joined a gasket company, Ajay Poly Pvt. Ltd. as plant head and was looking after all aspects of the company like production, maintenance and quality and administration having a plant of 150 workers and staff members. We were manufacturing P.V.C. gaskets for refrigerators. 16) Currently, I am working with Macadams Bakery Equipments, Zambia; a company engaged in erection and commissioning and maintenance of modern bakery equipments. I was engaged in maintenance and commissioning of bakery equipments as well as cold rooms and ice cream machines and food industry machines etc. Also worked as group maintenance head and in facility maintenance also.
