Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) - Role: IT Project Manager/ Analyst – Project planning and management for the Global Program, with the goal of rolling SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) out to 58 courts. Tracking actual, budget and forecast costs, key milestones, managing scope creep, and adjusting plans to manage expectation and commitment of deliverables. This was a $15,000,000 US, 12-month project. As a key member of EPI-USE’s Program Management Office (PMO), contributed additionality through analysis of resource utilization to identify areas of improvement. Developed dashboards and implemented business process improvements that increased resource utilization by 23% in four months, and a global template to measure and report on budgets, actual performance, and forecasts for Programs/ Projects, Lines of Business, Regions, Clients and resources.

Road Accident Fund (RAF) - Role: IT Project Manager – For the Government of South Africa, led the project management of the Road Accident Fund SAP Human Resources Performance Management Implementation Project. Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) - Role: IT Project Manager – Implemented a Nigerian Human Capital Management Template Solution for mySAP HCM 6.0 in cooperation with Accenture Nigeria (Pty) Ltd.
