Provide administrative support for Baltimore Gas & Electric (BG&E) PeakRewards program. Support includes Water Heater Switch Installations. I call and schedule inspections and arrange for permits for several Maryland counties. I communicate with BGE PeakRewards customers to schedule inspections, keep track of all inspections on excel spread sheet per county, prepare credit card reimbursement and check request for several counties. I’m responsible for processing customer bill credits by accessing several internal and external databases to track and update customer’s personal information. Familiar with customer databases such as CC&B, BBCS, and Web Portal, which keep accurate notes for each customer on the BGE PeakRewards program. Also, supported multiple programs within Honeywell such as Dominion Virginia Power where I was responsible for data entry of service tickets. Daily I ordered/stocked office and kitchen supplies, logging information and filing work logs from technicians checking for proper information and filling in missing information.

As a working with the youth I have planned events, fundraisers, transportations, lodging, cost, reservations, food, proper emergency paperwork needed for all workers, kept bank account updated and balanced with a spreadsheet of all earned funds for 30 plus youth and general fund and ministered to youth and adults when needed.

My hobbies included crocheting, crafting and singing in our church Praise Band.
