Campaign optimization to meet clients CPM, CPC and CPA target goals.
Communicating to on site account manager via Video Calls and emails and keeping them updated on the performance of the campaign.
I have done tactical day-to-day management of client campaigns as well as driving the strategic revenue growth for each account.
Trouble shooting and fixing issues related to advertiser & creative, I have handle clients with grace and confidence while working closely with account management team(s) and internal departments.
Highly Proficient in systematic reporting to clients by daily / monthly reports (Ad status report, under delivery reports), inventory reports & Pre-QA reports from all the 1st party and 3rd party servers.
Monitoring booked campaigns at regular intervals to study the delivery of campaigns is up to the desired level or not.
Instructing advertisers or clients to have optimum delivery of their campaigns as desired.
Set up the campaign before the deadline and ensuring good relation with clients.
