IAM Operations Lead at STC (Saudi Telecom Company): Worked as an IAM Operations Lead and lead a team of Technical Consultants for providing the Operational Support at Saudi Telecom (STC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The bundled solution of IAM has been deployed at STC. In the STC’s deployment infrastructure, almost 20 applications have been integrated within highly available IAM Environment and all the identity management and Single Sign On (SSO) on these applications is through IAM. Moreover, services like user life cycle management for different types of users, Help Desk Password Reset, Self-Password Reset, and Report Generation have also been provided.
