Lead initiative for 100% PO usage for all invoices causing greater overall budget accuracy within the company.
Researched, analyzed and procured materials for the construction of natural gas pipelines. Such materials included pipe, rip rap, valves, welding products, etc.
Ensured timely and efficient product flow of materials purchased from vendors to meet project deadlines.

Survey Coordinator
The primary role of a Survey Coordinator was to instruct and monitor field activities of up to 23 Survey Vendor field crews within the Barnett and Permian Shale Basins. Other duties included providing support to Project Managers by creating, tracking, and reviewing all drawings needed during the project lifecycle, monitoring all survey field activities, and procuring all survey required materials.
Researched, analyzed and procured all survey related materials required for the construction of natural gas pipelines. Such materials included stakes, flags, locating equipment, etc.
Ensured timely and efficient product flow of materials purchased from vendors to meet project deadlines.
Co-developed and implemented a quality control program called CMSurveys for the use as a final storage location for all data and drawings produced.
Co-wrote and implemented the Survey and Drafting Standard processes and best practices used companywide to standardize all drawings and data collection.
