Demolition and abatement of Fort Carson’s Old Hospital Complex valued at $46,500,000. Assigned as alternate Superintendent and Safety due to the notoriety of the building, the proximity to housing, and the work schedule.

Performed annual roof repairs, maintenance, and completed reports on all buildings at Peterson Air Force Base.

Renovation of the basement in Building 7400 for the Special Operations Forces Headquarters. Constructed mock helicopter doors that would be used for the training of airborne operations. Worked with this project through the 1 year warranty period. Project was valued at $1,279,242.

Designed and constructed a 5000 square foot cold storage addition with an asphalt driveway at Buckley Air Force Base valued at $687,453.

Worked on multiple projects for the Tulsa District in Canton, OK. Installed Piezometers and tornado damage remediation valued at approximately $200,000.

Constructed the Ojo Encino Day School in Cuba, NM for preschool through 9th grade. Project was valued at approximately $23,000,000.

Constructed a $38,000,000 temporary living facility at Buckley Air Force Base, CO.

Constructed a 600 man Infantry Brigade Combat Team Barracks and modular space temporary barracks at Fort Knox, KY. The combined project value was $71,000,000 and received an “Excellent” rating from the Army Corps of Engineers for the IBCT barracks.

Developed bid packets for project that included carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing work. Bid, won, and completed projects for Brown County Community Board and the Cincinnati Veterans Administration Disability Division.

Responsibilities included scheduling maintenance and servicing equipment to limit the down time and support ongoing operations. Developed, generated estimated and tracked work orders to support scheduled activities. Developed work plans and scheduled for the demolition of a uranium rolling mill. Developed material specifications and quality checks to assure safe demolition and operation of support utilities and equipment. Additional duties included point of contact for asbestos related issues.

Accomplishments included planner/estimator for the demolition of the uranium rolling mill (plant 6) which was completed 6 months ahead of scheduled and were $3,500,000 under budget. Maintained accountability of chemicals stored on site and updated MSDS library to meet OSHA and state standards. Coordinated schedule requirements for over 2,500 demolition work orders resulting in no unscheduled down time to daily plant operations. Implementation of toning systems to verify electrical termination points for demolition work. This method was adopted as a site standard for electrical isolation work.
