PERSONAL SUMMARY

A team player, with a commitment to customer service, who possesses a long track record of working in various administrative roles, coupled with good PC skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels. Office Administrator

Present responsible for all the administrative processes within the Office, as well as providing general secretarial support to enable the smooth and effective running of the office.

Duties

Setting up of the Company

Preparing and processing the staff visas

Arranging tickets

Arranging medical check up for new staff members

Arranging accommodation

And all other public related works

Answering incoming calls in a professional manner

Maintaining suitable and sufficient office stationary levels

Appropriately advertising for new staff

Processing of the entire payroll on a monthly basis

Ensuring the Company is conducting all the work as per the rules and regulations of the local regulators

Depositing cash at the banks and collecting bank statements and cheque books

I started off in 2012 with a Company called Al Dabbagh General Trading Company as Leasing Officer and Assistant Accountant.

After that I joined a Company called Handshake Enterprises, which was owned and managed by the elder son of the owner of Al Dabbagh General Trading Company.

During this tenor, I worked as Office Manager handling all the office administration work and all public related matters.

In 2014, I was transferred to another Company (actually two companies) that is also owned and operated by the elder son of the owner of Al Dabbagh General Trading Company called Smart Vision and the other one called Kitchenplus.

My duties included:

Handing of all the public relations,

Handing staff members and

At times I was acting representative for Smart Vision for their Fire Trucks section.
