COMPANY PROFILE:

NAVA BHARAT VENTURES LTD.(POWER PLANT) an ISO 9001, 14001 and OSAOS 50001 Certified having a turnover of more than 3000cr . Currently (1X30+2X65) MW power plant in Odisha & (2X30+55)MW in Andhrapradesh, 1X150MW in Zambia running successfully.

BOILER-

4x125TPH and 2x60 TPH at 90kg/cm2, 530 5 C Boilers have Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion (AFBC) type, single drum, natural circulation, balanced draft, radiant, water tube membrane panel construction, under bed feeding and top supported.

TURBINE-

Two numbers of 60 m.w turbine having single cylinder, condensing type turbo generator supplied by NTC., CHINA is installed in our plant.

One number of 30 m.w having single cylinder, condensing type turbo generator supplied by NTC japan is installed. Machine is having Digital Electro hydraulic governing system assisted with WOOD WARD – 505 governor control system, one Emergency stop valve and 4 nos of control valves with two mechanical over speed tripping mechanism. Turbine is having three numbers of unregulated steam extractions, 1st steam extraction for HP heaters for feed water heating, 2nd steam extraction for Deareator, for deareation and heating purpose and 3rd steam extraction for LP heaters for main condensate heating purposes.

JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITY:

• Presently working in NAVA BHARAT VENTURES LTD As Senior Engineer in Operation Department of Power Plant.

• O&M of 65MW(IPP) AFBC boiler, turbine & its auxiliaries,

• Performance monitoring and maintain the require parameter for smooth and efficient operation.

• Involve in project and Commissioning of 125 TPH AFBC boiler.

• Handling of all type of emergency in related to boiler and turbine including hot/cold start up and shutdown,emergency, Island operations.

• Planning of effective maintenance schedule of boiler and turbine their auxiliaries.

• Coordinating the different department and working people.

• Emergency handling of Boiler and turbine.

• For three months in Mech. Maintenance department with planned preventive Maintenance schedules.

• Shut down of equipments for overhauling & inspection, identify equipments for predictive & preventive maintenance, and prepare job list of equipment shut down.

• Manpower handling & proper utilization.

ACADEMIC CAREER:

• B.tech in mechanical engineering from N.I.E.T (BBSR).

• Post-diploma in tool design and manufacturing.(C.T.T.C BBSR)

• Diploma in mechanical engineering from IEM (Jeypore).

• I.T.I in Fitter Trade from vision institute of training centre.
