o Issuing & distributing company vehicle insurances o Utilizing GPS systems to track, monitor, and control company vehicles o Reserving rental cars for employees’ business trips or replacement for company vehicles

o Setting maintenance order numbers on vehicle repair or wash invoices, and delegation to approving them

o Depositing payment vouchers (checks) from insurance settlements to the beneficiary employees

o Preparing and organizing scrap vehicles for bidding o Physically checking company vehicles for handover, swapping, and returning procedures as well as any requests for repairs or maintenance o Utilizing SAP to update & report Fleet

o Recording all company Traffic Violations

o Issuing Notification letters for employees with serious Traffic Violations o Arranging airport pickups and drops to company VIP visitors, candidates, consultants, and newly-joined employees
