(earth fault indicator) relay in ring and radial feeders and restoring supply with in target time of 30 minutes.

System modification from 6.6kv to 11kv by dual ratio Transformers and Fuses. Installing new EFI (earth fault indicator) on underground feeder cables to reduce tripping time, from 25 minutes to 30 minutes as average.

Commissioning of private buildings substations for DEWA supply i.e. Dubai Mall, Emirates Towers, City Center, DIFC, and Emirates Mall etc. also giving outages of private substations for Annual Maintenance work, these buildings have their own 11kV substations. Giving outages to maintenance group for CBs and LVDB maintenance for DEWA 11/0.4kV substations. Condition monitoring of all transmission and distribution substation .Supervision of LVAC for smooth change over for station supply.

Planning of daily scheduled outages for Power Utility based Electrical Networks after analysis using SCADA, OMS, DMS, EMS and appropriate supporting tools to provide coordination for improvement in distribution system of DEWA.

Operational planning of outages regarding system modification, cable identification, substation up gradation, addition/deletion of transformers and others many as requirement on daily basis.
