Contract Manager

Manager of Technical contracts to support entire Etihad Airways aircraft fleet.

Lead focal point of contact between the legal department, project team and service providers to ensure compliance of each parties requirements and obligations, manage risk mitigation with all concerned parties.

Contract management of lease engines from OEM’s to support fleet requirements.

Wet and Dry lease contract management with Etihad Airways alliance partners.

Contract management with MRO’s and OEM suppliers.

Develop policies and procedures for the contract and subcontract management functions, to ensure compliance with the service provider’s relationship.

Ensure all service providers’ documentation/acknowledgements/agreements are executed, collected and maintained as appropriate.

Commercial Aircraft manufacturing company, staffing 5,000 in Northern Ireland .

Principal Buyer.

Led procurement of all capital equipment requirements for CSeries wing manufacturing facility in new green field site. Strategic planning of facility with management and engineering personnel. Supported civil engineering contractors in the design of new lean manufacturing facility. Key role in the annual budget cycle.

• Managing the tendering process to include the co-ordination of relevant data from various functions to ensure the selection of high quality, best cost suppliers; issue of RFI’s, RFP’s and evaluation of responses with internal customers.

• Establishing and negotiating terms and conditions of purchase contracts with all suppliers;

• Proactively managing multi-discipline interfaces to ensure budgets and sourcing targets are met.

Manage, negotiate and complete Non-Disclosure Agreement Contracts (NDA’s) with potential suppliers.
