•Plans, organizes, and conducts Communication and Confidence workshops. Prepares related reports that demonstrate the classes’ value and benefit to Chipotle and areas for improvement and modification. Ensures material is reinforced at restaurant level with support of Operations. Maintains and tracks employees’ academic record through PeopleSoft.

•Trains restaurant managers and Designated Interpreters to deliver Communication and Confidence workshops, interpretations and other Culture and Language functions in a specific patch or area.

•Assists restaurant and Regional Staff with verbal and written bilingual communications (English/Spanish).
