Personal Statement :

Throughout my academic journey, I have been thrilled with science and its different technologies. It has been an integral part of my journey of inquisition to acquaint myself with the latest developments and to understand how these techniques can contribute, on the whole, towards a better human community. Pharmaceutical sciences is one platform that runs on the premise of improving the standard of living for people through introduction of new medicines or development of techniques for identification of disease. I have successfully equipped myself with the current pharmaceutical and bio-scientific knowledge for progressing in my career. I intend to further my breadth of knowledge and skill by becoming a part of your (name of the specific department) division.

The 4 years of my bachelors have been spent with the establishment and successful operation of scientific lab experiments involving TLC (thin layer chromatography), HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography), GC-MS (gas chromatography mass spectrometry) and LC-MS (liquid chromatography mass spectrometry) techniques. These different separation techniques allow for the quantitative separation and identification of constituents and are used predominantly in the pharmaceutical sciences, during drug development and testing trials. While used the theoretical and experimental basis of my knowledge, I intend to make a difference in the field of sciences and to understand their increasing influences on the other branches of science.
