It is a specialized company in the construction of sewage treatment plants as well as water distribution stations which includes ground and elevated water tanks as well as distribution outlets plus all concerned administer buildings, a mosque, roads, parking's and relative electro- mechanical and infra structure works. March – 2010 till now:

Position: Technical office, Studies, Planning, cost control & procurement director.

Responsibilities:

1- Technical office duties:

(1-1) Redesigning projects as demanded by the owner due to the change of project site location.

(1-2) Preparing and review the shop drawings for the projects.

(1-3) Preparing and review the as built drawings.

2- Studies duties:

(2-1) Review and study specifications and drawings for the new projects.

(2-2) Determine all requirements and their cost for new projects such as materials, equipment, labors, technicians, ... etc.

(2-3) Visit the new projects sites locations for determining anything could affect to work progress and its effects on the costs.

(2-4) Prepare full and delicate studies for new projects include remarks, comments, project costs, project budget and recommendation about the total bid price and forward the studies to decisions makers for review and approve.

(2-5) Preparing the tenders documents to be submitted. 3- Planning duties:

(3-1) Prepare a time schedule for the new project using Primavera P6 based on its period, activities, cost, manpower, ...etc.,

(3-2) Prepare cash flow for project.

(3-3) Follow up the project weekly and monthly to be sure it is on the right track and comply with its plan and update its schedule if there was any delay for any activity and find the best way to return it back as planned. 4

4- Procurement and cost control duties:

(4-1) Review all quotations submitted by sub-contractors and suppliers and negotiate for their final offer.

(4-2) Review and preparing contracts.

(4-3) Guarantee that all required materials and equipment for work are available on site on time.

(4-4) Search and import unavailable materials in KSA.

(4-5) Prepare and give marketing presentations.

(4-6) Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.

(4-7) Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring.

(4-8) Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.

(4-9) Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.

(4-10) Attend project meetings and discussions with the Project Management Team and external clients

(4-11) Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.

(4-12) Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal Project Management Team as and when required.

February -2007 till February 2010:
