As the Employee Services Director, I help bring to life a high performance culture
that develops, empowers and recognizes great employees and delivers five-star
service, and exceptional programs.

I fully execute all VillaSport Standard Operating Procedures and takes ownership of
the over HR operations, utilizing full discretion in interrupting HR policies and

Full cycle recruitment and retention, including new employee onboarding, includes
new employee orientation and off boarding (conduct exit interviews), as well as
new hire training and continuous training for tenured staff.

communications, as well as other job board and career fairs to in order to promote
talent acquisition.
Utilize Paycom (HRIS) to Monitor/ Track leave, PTO usage, and FMLA.
Manage all leave requests, such as FMLA, personal leave of absences, military
leave, worker's compensations claims through correspondence with the employee
and their supervisor.
Conduct I-9 audits as per policy.
Ensure personnel files are maintained confidentially and ensure that HIPPA
regulations are followed.
Employee Relations - misconduct investigations, ensure that all employment laws
are in compliance, advocate for employees through relationship management,
policy development.
Work as a liaison with directors and employees to find a resolution during conflict
resolution, as well as problem solving on issues within their department.
Work with 12 Directors in talent management in forecasting needs, as well as
succession plans for Directors and Lead employees.
Assist employees with benefit enrollment.
Schedule and plan employee recognition and all staff events.
Facilitate and lead management training on topics as employee engagement, and
how to improve customer services and satisfaction, as well as employee
