Achievements

Increased warehouse capacity by 15,000 sq. ft. by contracting with suppliers to warehouse steel and corrugated purchases offsite and deliver materials daily to production floor

Reduced hardware purchases by $100,000 per year by implementation and use of such systems as Kan-Ban and Vendor-Managed-Inventory (VMI). This also reduced the warehouse space needed for hardware as the vendor warehoused and replenished our stock weekly
