(03/2013 to 07/2017) Focus – PS HCM-LMS, ELM (Enterprise Learning) and Flu Campaign

Analyzed business system needs and set up system tables, tested and implemented system structure changes to the system. Identified system issues with recommendations and implementations. Served as liaison between HR and the Programmer. Assisted with testing upgrades and implementations. Created formulas for file to place data from one system to another system. Identified issues and verified data feeding from one system to another system. Created and tested several different training and flu system components.

Trained and assisted course owners, trainers, super users in set-up and system issues. Analyzed and assisted end users with issues. Resolved numerous “Service Now” tickets for issues or assistance with the system. Remoted into employees’ computer to advise and/or obtain details to provide assistance. Mass-enrolled learners into training courses for various course owners. Attached URLs to server.

Developed queries and turned data into management reports with matrices/graphs for projects, issues, management reports, course owner reports and other requested reports. Created Joint Commission reports. Created formulas, VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Used skills to identify and understand the data for resolving issues and reports. Learned and utilized the HP QuickTest Professional Version 11.00 software by recording steps to encode data into a system. Learned Oracle SQL Developer to add mass volume of list to the SQL of the developed query. Began implementation of Taleo LEARN (Enterprise Learning System). As LEARN administrator, implemented the set up of Control Panels including set up tables, widgets, mass bulk loader, groups, messages and BI Reporting. Verified User Data fields imported from Oracle Cloud to Taleo LEARN. Verified Historical Data Load file from ELM that will feed into Taleo LEARN. Created export files from Taleo LEARN. Collaborated with IS for implementation of Taleo LEARN.
