EXPERIENCE

Senior Logistics Analyst, Five Stones Research Corp., Redstone Arsenal, AL Sep 2012 – Present

Provides senior logistics support to the Product Manager for Sentinel Battlefield Radar within the U.S. Army Cruise Missile Defense Systems (CMDS) Project Office. Serves as Logistics Lead for the Sentinel Radar portion of the Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) program as well as Lead for Interactive Electronic Technical Manual

(IETM) development and Operator-Maintainer Training development. Provides daily operational readiness updates to the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) and weekly briefings to the Commanding General - Aviation and Missile Command

(AMCOM). Coordinates and integrates all actions necessary to assure assigned systems are supported as timely, efficiently and economically as possible. Reviews and analyzes reports for assigned systems to determine solutions in order to circumvent potential program slippage. Identifies and reports program risks to Sentinel Product Director and assists in developing mitigation plans for those risks. Manages the efforts of contractor personnel to ensure requirements of the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) are performed. Reviews and approves data for the integration of all of the Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements during all phases of the life cycle. Determines force structure, procurement authorizations, disposition requirements, impacts from engineering changes, depot level maintenance requirements, and interoperability considerations. Reviews and approves Maintenance Task Analysis, Critical Task Analysis, and related analysis. Uses Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and the PowerLOG-J database to increase efficiency of maintenance and reduce the cost of providing support by preplanning all aspects of IPS. Reviews and approves various LSA reports to include -004 (Maintenance Allocation Chart), -006 (Critical Maintenance Item List), -030 (Indentured Parts List), and -036

(Provisioning Requirements). Reviews and approves the definition and development of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs). Utilizes Visual SESAME to determine initial spares. Performs Milestone review activities to include major milestones, and logistics plans. Supports program contracts assuring that logistics requirements are addressed and provides technical support to the contracting officer in performing technical evaluations. Develops logistics management products such as Business Case Analysis, Core Logistic Analysis, Core Depot Analysis, System Supportability Strategies, Source of Repair Analysis and Level of Repair Analysis. Maintains liaison with Department of the Army

(DA) and Department of Defense (DOD) agencies and industry partners engaged in logistics activities. Performs liaison visits and teleconferences with users to evaluate logistics support and to provide advice and assistance. Closely monitors the overall logistics program to assure all functional areas have been properly integrated to fulfill user requirements. Chairs Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for technical manual development and training development. Logistics Management Analyst IV, VT Group, Huntsville, AL June 2011 – September 2012

Provides logistics support to the U.S. Army Program Manager for Aircraft Survivability Equipment (PM ASE), directly supporting equipment deployment of the Common Missile Warning System (CMWS) and Advanced Threat Infrared Countermeasures

(ATIRCM). Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ASE on AH-64A/D (Apache), OH-58D

(Kiowa Warrior), and CH-47D/F (Chinook) aircraft. Plans, coordinates, manages, and reviews assigned areas of the logistics program that encompasses operations and activities related to ASE. Ensures compliance with operational policies and provides continuous oversight of various programs. Develops and executes sustainment planning and management for programs under my control. Plans, coordinates, and attends CMWS and ATIRCM related events for all aircraft platforms. Acts as the logistics liaison for Army Technical Manuals (TM), provisioning data, and commercial off the shelf (COTS) manuals between PM ASE and multiple Program Executive Office Aviation (PEO AVN) project offices.
