Project Overview:

The project is for renovation of biomedical research facilities for the US Navy NAMRU-3 under the supervision of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (COE). Responsibility:

Initiating mechanical submittals.

Initiating Mechanical shop drawings for HVAC, gas and plumbing systems.

Initiating specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.

Review mechanical Shop Drawings, Reports, Bill of Quantities issued by subcontractor located in the US to ensure compliance with the scope of work, specifications and contract drawings.
