As Projects Manager:

Lead Project Team to manage 50 Projects with Total Weight more than

(100,000 MT).

Closed 45 Projects with Domestic & Overseas Clients from different Countries (like; Egypt, China, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, North Korea, Chile, Ghana & Burkina Faso).

Worked on 8 Tenders (ICB basis), and prepare the Full Set of the Tender Documents according to ITB & BDS including the costing of the Project.

Helped the Company to get the Production License for 500KV Transmission Towers, and Production License of Telecommunication and Microwaves Towers, by leading the Team of both Projects till we get the Acceptance from Government after Inspection.

Controled The Waste of Raw Materials within the Target (less than 3%) in the Fabrication of 20,367 MT.

The Percentage of Programs Error for New Towers (Prototypes) was less than 0.5%.

Worked with AVEVA Group Engineer during the Installation of BOCAD, and recommended modifications on output from the program to increase the information on the forms which improved the records system & planning process.

Worked with Chinese Supplier of the CNC Machines to develop the Machine Software to accept full Bar Programs (BOCAD Output) like FICEP Machines, by gave the support for the Translation of BOCAD Program and Parameters.

As Planning Engineer:

Handled Materials Planning Department for One Month after 1 Year from starting the Work during the absence of Department Manager.

Prepared Material’s Estimation for 6 Projects.
