Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible in Survey Framework/Control Establishment and Report Preparation.
Review, monitor changes and verification of Shop Drawings in hard or soft copy prior to survey execution.
Undertakes all kinds of surveys, construction surveys and other survey-related works.
Undertakes Topographic Surveys for the determination of original ground surface, cut and fill volumes, actual excavation, and stock pile quantities.
Established reference level near the area of excavation and checked it from time to time to avoid over cut and under cut.
Coordinates and report to the chief/survey manager for the priorities to layout and report survey activities carried out on site.
Responsible in all layout/setting out of facilities, service roads, drainage systems, sewer lines, and infrastructure related activities.
Responsible in all layout of foundations, columns and walls from foundation to finishing.
Ensures all areas ready for inspection are in accordance with the method of statement, specifications and approved plans/or shop drawings.
Coordinates with the sub contractors to ensure that they are following the approved drawings and it is in the latest revision.
Coordinates in all other Disciplines to ensure smooth and effective implementation of the project.
