RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Boiler and turbine operations, hot & cold start up of boiler & turbine.

• Handle emergency situation of desk operation confidently & continuously.

• Monitoring parameters of desk operation.

• Planning of day to day activities as per planning schedule, and shut down maintenance schedules

• Preventive maintenance works to be done while running of the plant.

• Regular inspection of Belt conveyors and their pulleys.

• Alignment of equipments like gear boxes, pumps and fans etc.

• Monitoring of all systems for commissioning, such as lube oil system, cool water system, coal handling system, vacuum system, flue gas system, condensate system, deaeration system, etc.

• Commissioning activities like hydrotest of piping, flushing of piping, trials of auxiliaries, refractory dry out, steam blowing, etc ..
