Control and audit on continuous basis internal processes and formulate budgets for the department by estimating costs and expenses in implementing the business plans of Admin Services during the year in order to avoid penalties and fines from the government

Handling the staff & line managements lease contracts & Labour camps, by contacting the real Estates agencies, conducting new agreements, renewal supporting the Water & Electricity, Internet connection, furnishing & all other facilities & Services.

Managing the logistics operations the company Vehicles -preventive Maintenance, registration of new Vehicles, renewals, monitoring Traffic fines.

Manage process and control all new, renewal, cancellation and amendment request for company Trade Licenses, chamber of commerce, Food Control Department, and other department’s formalities.
