PROLOGUE

If you are looking for fresh out of college, tons of book knowledge, wet behind the ears and no idea of how the real business world works, save time and move on to the next candidate. On the other hand, if you need over thirty years of hands on and leadership role information technology experience, business/corporate management knowledge as a chief executive, with a vast wealth of qualifications, real world know-how, and true value to express? Then read about “This Guy”. So in a brief Résumé with a different approach we look forward to "INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE” and see these as only categories. For example, Manufacturing would include DOD, Multi-National, Automotive, Housing, Tile/Building Supplies, Textile, Electronics, and more. The whole time going out of the way to absorb the functional knowledge of each industry, all while delivering Technology services. Moving on to “TRANSFERABLE SKILL SETS” we see a limited list of capabilities, not overlooking the depth of each. Like "Entrepreneurial" where with a high level of comfort acting as Interim CEO inspiring others into realizing their dreams by aiding them in the Planning, Incorporating, and developing a business model that response to unique needs of the client's product or service. Digging into “POSITIONS, PROJECTS, EXPERIENCE, AND ACCOMPLISHMENT” we see a diverse highlighting of a few positions that have been enjoyable. Again this overlooks the complexity and drive that can be brought to bear. During the ten years at Computer Evolution running two other companies at the same time, one devoted to IT services, another to software development, and lastly one tasked with corporate development and marketing. 1985 to Present An Incredibly Entrepreneurial Chief Executive that’s always available as an Independent consulting Contractor for Project Management, Corporate Management/Development, and Information Technologies.

As a Chief Executive I have mentored and grown organizations to success while staying true to the vision and purpose that brings the teams together.

i.CIO/CTO (12 months) Design, Develop, and Implement custom firewalling solutions. These appliances functioned as inbound/outbound firewalling while delivering extremely high levels of keyless encryption for point to point tunneling and VPN. As well as my duties as an executive manager of all corporate information and data/voice systems, I also played a key role in product concept design and overall security methodology planning. After successful live product testing the venture's intellectual properties were bought out and the company's office closed, a triumphant and profitable endeavor for all. 2005- 2007

ii.General Manager (3 Years) For Kiser Farms GM and Flock Supervisor Duties as well as Installation, programming, and maintenance of embedded computer control systems to control water flow, feed delivery, static pressure, temperature, humidity, and lighting on one of the largest poultry farms in Virginia at 250,000 birds per flock. 2007 - 2010

iii.CEO (10 years) Computer Evolution Inc. Computer Evolution was a full IT/IS consulting firm that functioned as either direct IT management or as IT department oversight for some of the largest and complex companies, organizations, and agencies in south Florida. In addition to over ninety primary contract clients Computer Evolution also functioned as a high volume data/voice services reseller and installer for both Bell South and AT&T. Our core capabilities were IT management, Network Design and build out, Onsite services, Custom application Development, Remote data backup hosting, Reverse engineering of both physical electronics as well as logical software systems, Emergency/Contingency planning. Phone and Telephony systems, Tower work, Private long throw wireless, Security surveillance and counter surveillance systems, and Penetration testing. 1992-2002

iv.CEO (7 years) Delano’s Pizza Inc. I began Delano's Pizza restaurants to compete in the fast delivery pizza market. After the first few years we grew to three locations. Over the years of operation Delano's Pizza was renowned as the best on the west coast of Florida. Having started this from scratch I was responsible for all aspects of operations marketing, hiring, training, scheduling, and accounting for three locations and over one hundred fifty employees. While operating this business I still continued my love for IT and science by not only taking classes on the side, I taught IP and Novel networking at the local vocational school in the evenings. After seven years I sold out to pursue a more technical profession. 1984 -1992

v.CEO (3 years) Plantech services LLC. And CEI Production Inc. both subsidiaries of Computer Evolution Inc. All three ran concurrently. 1997 - 2001

vi.Interim CEO and CIO/CTO and Change Management for many other companies under development during the startup phase both open as well as stealth mode. 1997 -2007

As Change Management/Infrastructure Project Manager my teams designed and implemented at budget and on time projects like these. 1997-2005

i.The design, procurement, and implementation of a complete information technology replacement/upgrade for a thirteen branch bank distributed over one hundred and fifty miles. All new cabling, routers, frame relay uplinks, switches, servers, workstations, operating systems, and CSR/CRM software, all completed over a three day banking holiday so as to afford zero downtime.

ii.For CLDA at World Trade Center Miami a four server, thirty high end ACAD workstations, with four large format plotter network environment.

iii.Two separate call center IT infrastructure build outs both locations were fifty stations each.

iv.The Structured Cabling, racks, and base server installation for a five hundred and twelve server rending farm for Nickelodeon Studios on Miami Beach.

v.A one hundred and twenty mile roaming broadband wireless network the length of the Florida Keys for a Government client.

vi.A new location for the City of Islamorada, this was sixty workstations in a multi building Government campus information systems for the ground up.

vii.And many others.

As Development Project Manager I have overseen the SDLC using Agile/Scrum methodologies to successful completion efforts such as. 1997 -2006

i.The Creation of a custom ERP system for one of the largest produce speculation companies on the country with over one billion annual revenue.

ii.A custom CRM system for Automated Production Equipment a DOD manufacturing company. This system needed to integrate with an older version of Great Plans.

iii.Sourcing a version of Red Hat to just a core and using that base to Develop a proprietary point to point tunneling KEYLESS encryption appliance.

iv.LAMP development for a penny auction site run with a MLM marketing system. I managed the development team for the front end penny auction site as well as the back end MLM tracking and financial systems.

v.An automated VOIP/Internet medical appointment confirmation system.

vi.Creation and implantation of a custom CRM/ERP multi vendor construction company merger.

vii.Numerous internet projects involving E-commerce, payment gateways, live auction sites, and big data warehousing.

As an IT Director and or IT department oversight consultant I have created and implemented IT budgets up to thirty two million, hired, trained, and mentored staff numbering as large as two hundred plus, and managed infrastructure and software projects of countless different sizes and complexities.

i.For client such as; TIB bank of the keys, First State bank, Automated Production Equipment, DEA, USAO Miami, Chris Love design associates, Florida Everglades National Park, Hampson Insurance, FHP, Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands, Japanese consulate Miami. As a Change Manager

i.Change Manager In the office of Project Management, O&M Base-ops Fort Huachuca Army Base, under contract. Where as a motivational leader and great attention to performance metrics I led the restructuring of the estimation division. Incoming IJO (4283) to completed estimates, NTP (Notice to Proceed) to BOM (Bill of Materials) to project commencement. With a final results of a two hundred and forty percent increase in overall output of the department. 2015-2016

ii.Change Manager /PM (6 months) for a construction company during acquisition and merger of three subcontracting companies, a mechanical, an electrical, and a roofing company. I designed and implemented a new data network system both LAN and WAN to integrate the four remotely located, separately managed, though wholly owned companies into one unified information system.2014-2015

iii.Change Manager /Estimator Manager (3 years) National Construction and Restoration, Implemented the first IT department for this company, automating their estimation and accounting processes as well as in field scheduling and conformation systems. Additionally I functioned as Chief Estimator of large catastrophe reconstruction. I responded to both Hurricane Hugo and Andrew where I was responsible for the Estimation, Bidding, Procurement, and Fulfillment as Project Manager of projects in excess of $24 million dollars. 1992-1997

iv.Change manager/GM (2 years) for a Horton Home Center, Directly responsible for all Office functions, IT systems, Sales staff, and marketing 2005-2007

EPILOGUE

Having endless stamina, boundless tenacity, ruthless business acumen, limitless integrity, and contagious enthusiasm, I must be always challenged. I love finding the solutions and fixing problems. Being brutally honest I’m not afraid to say “I’m sorry I don’t know the answer to that, give me a few minutes”. I have never known what a forty hour work week would be like and to be truthful I wouldn’t want to. I wasn’t given the nickname (24x7) for nothing, I earn it. I stay up to date with the cutting edge and even the bleeding edge of not just my industry (Information Technology) but almost all the industries I have had experience in. When I talk with somebody about physics I hear “are you a physicist”, if I speak about government I hear “you should run for office”, medical “are you a doctor”, and so on. Though most importantly when I talk Information technology/security/penetration testing I always hear something like “thank God you’re on our side”. When looking for that “what’s next position” I never look at compensation first though that surely is important, my first concerns are “What do they do? And how much will I love being a part of that”, “How will my skills be of benefit”, and lastly “What will I learn”. I have always been a customer/client first personality and when looking at a permanent/long-term positions I look at the organization as my client and it comes first. Whether I’m the CEO or the Doorman I know no other way than to give one hundred and ten percent.
