Pipe spools and supports installation, erection, modification, structural installation and pre shutdown hook up activities in Well Head Platforms assigned in Offshore . Flange Management and Punch clearance prior for MC and RFC. Implement company HSE policy, procedures, regulations and objectives of the Company. Follow up with ECMS contractors the construction planning and progress on daily basis. Anticipate potential problems, analyse and recommend solution or corrective action. Review dossiers prior for Mechanical Completion. Follow project Quality and HSE management system. As a Performing Authority on BP ACG Project my responsibilities are to issue Cold & Hot Work and Breaking Containment permits for the contractors. Ensure contractor follow the Permit to Work system, Risk assessment & JSA and perform additional activities as per superior’s direction .Also written every day Daily report, POB and Time Shit for the contractors and AMEC FW workers. Attend daily PTW meetings.
