a) Raw materials:
•Follow up the performance of quality team on receiving raw materials (imported and local) physically and on SAP system .
•Follow up the results of raw materials analysis from labs on SAP system .
•Take usage decision after confirming the results to supplier specification.
•Make release of those raw materials on SAP system .
•Note down the claims and make evaluation of suppliers at supplier evaluation report.
b)production processes :
•Follow up the performance of quality team on all production lines.
•Record all results at SAP system compared to the standard.
•Make charts and data analysis by collecting those results from the system.
•Make release of all finished products on SAP system after labs analysis.
•Good communication with production department during production processes to avoid any defects in products.
•Support quality team for solving any problem facing them during production processes as quickly as possible to reduce costs.

•Taking over the results of finished products from microbiology lab by SAP system
•Follow up all reports about cleaning WH stores and fridges, good and suitable environment for storing our products according quality management systems and HACCP.

•Take the correct action after lab decision for under hold quantity and applied it on SAP system if reprocess or dumping it.
