Executive Secretarial assistance to Director. It involves:

Frequent, ongoing co-ordination with relevant departments of the 5 Companies on whose Boards/Committees the Director serves, for smooth flow of documentation before every quarterly Meeting. The Boards he serves on as Director are: Board, Audit, Banking, Stakeholders’ Relationship & Nomination/ Remuneration Committees.

Daily Calendar Management

Screening of calls / visitors to Directors’ office

Viewing of all e-mails, making prints of Directors Reports, Annual Accounts of companies, Internal Audit presentations & several other documents as necessary for his review & circulation of necessary documents frequently before & during quarterly meetings held at our office.

Correspondence - Drafting letters, emails & responding independently as deemed fit.

To General Manager (Special Projects) – Assisted the Gen. Manager (Special Projects) as an Executive Secretary. The work involved typing up of several Agreements such as Sale of Business Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Non-Compete Agreements etc. as the Company was hiving off their Hardware business at that point, selling it to another Hardware firm based out of Mumbai. To Company Secretary – Assisted the Company Secy and Deputy Company Secretary in preparation of documents related to Company Board Meetings, work related to Statutory Compliances of the Co.Typing of all documents related to the Merger of our Subsidiary Company with the holding Company, during which time the workload was heavy and involved late sittings.
