oIf there is any technical issues occur then immediately send the mail to onshore IT department and follow up the same.

oMaintained the Individual production record. Maintained and cross verify the downtime sheet for each & every individual to ensure for correct record.

Quality Assurance:-

oOn the based on process knowledge taking the initiative for doing Audit on Internal basis & doing it well so that till date there is no any escalation from client end. Also, provide the immediate feedback to the examiner for correcting the Error.

Technical Support:-

oAny technical issue occur within the team, or any application related issue checking it from our end then sent request to IT department & communicate for the same.

Transition:-

oFor any new Edits, separately took the task as challenge and give the training to the team as per guidelines provided by the client and communicate the same with the client if any query comes while operating on the Edit.

oAs in addition when team has sitting ideal taking the responsibility to cross trained the Examiner so that whenever it is required we can use the resource for the same activity. By using the same we can assure that no one can sit ideal in production time. Also prepared the cheat sheet for Edits (QNXT) & Locality 50(Legacy.
