Provide leadership to Customer Support, Quality Assurance, Technical Services, and Development teams with the goal of achieving team and product development goals, objectives, and milestones for the Learning Management System known as ISOtrain. Act as a knowledge resource and subject matter expert to achieve client goals and ensure that customer and employee needs are being met. Evaluate new business requirements, define system documentation, and implement solutions while maintaining existing business rules and ensuring the impact of new requirements are minimal. Software Development Manager 2003 to 2011

Provided hands-on leadership to a team of eight developers with a focus on product development plans and executions, product maintenance, and updates. Defined process flows and identified the requirements for functional improvements and enhancements that made ISOtrain more competitive. Interfaced with client’s training-related products to determine and implement requirements for new and existing products. Developed design documentations including functional requirements and use cases. Designed, coded, and implemented cost- efficient automated solutions using Oracle PL/SQL processes to interface with other software applications. Provided continued education to team members in order to help them achieve personal and professional goals. Key Accomplishments:

Improved ISOtrain by developing tools for Knowledge Assessment, Document Management System Interface, Human Resources Interface, Requirements Notifications, and Report Service.

Led product redesign efforts to improve performance and interface, and to bring it to the latest .Net version.

Acted as the sole systems analyst, programmer, designer, and customer support for the LMS ISOtrain version 5. Made the product compliant with the 21 CFR Part 11 for the FDA Regulations for electronic records and signatures. Included product backlog requirements to make our ISOtrain more competitive and redesigned some of the screens, PL/SQL processes, reports, and application options. Utilized programming language knowledge to perform product maintenance while it was redesigned as a web application. Led a group of five developers to create ISOtrain version 6 which includes seven languages and a self-service tool that allows for employee self- training when reading company documents.

Key Accomplishments:

Creation of ISOtrain version 5 resulted in profits that exceeded expectations, including multi-million dollar sales within the pharmaceutical industry.
