In total of 5year’s experience in the field Refinery. It comprises of erection, maintenance and trouble shooting of all type of Piping in various fields such as power, Refinery and Oil & Gas.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Preparing and monitoring of fabrication sequencing as per codes and standards during fabrication work, is performed in accordance with the approved construction procedure, latest IFC drawings, specifications and correct materials.

Performing the job according to fabrication drawings and project client specifications and also after completion of fit up, arranging for QC inspectors and third party inspector according to approved ITP.

Ensure that all the fabrication/welding/erection related records such as cutting list, bill of materials, weld cards, consumables etc are properly archived, and cooperate with Safety and QA/QC inspectors by performing as per their recommendations.

Fabrication of spools to relate of chiller plant erection of chiller plant connected pipes support, Fire water piping, Fabrication & Installation

Fabrication of all types of supports (Electrical, Instrument & Piping Supports) maintaining the documents and quality as per YASREF Standard. Fabrication and installation of C.S,S.S & Alloy Pipes And Nonmetallic Pipe(RTR )

Monitoring foremen, daily production fit up and welding records and report the status performed to the Construction Manager. Participating and preparing of Task Risk Assessment for the given job to categorize and measure the precaution for the task to carryout job safely and without LTI.

Sending feed backs to the line managers for maintaining the project schedule on time.

Having a working knowledge in gas and oil field with all kind of fabrication and erection inspection techniques for various applicable standards.

Fabrication and erection of structural piping, monitoring construction activities and Schedule, weekly & monthly progress report, co-ordination with other discipline and supervising Field Erection of vessels, piping and structural.

Installation of process for utility & firewater pipelines, erection of pressure vessels, receivers, heat exchangers etc.

Fabrication and Erection of Structural steel.

Bill of Material (BOM) preparation for individual isometrics.

Material take-off for individual isometrics for particular process areas.

Preparation of cutting list related to Isometrics.

Performing construction and scrapping activities.

Clearing the punch list items, construction activities and site modifications advices from client & Quality Control department as well.

Performing Hydro Testing & Pneumatic Testing for process and utility piping.

Worked with pre-commissioning activities.

Fabrication & Installation of activities with related job. I have good knowledge of P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) General arrangement drawing (GA) & Isometric Drawing( ISO ) & Processes Flow Diagram (PFD)

Knowledge of International code & Specification, Pro Active of handling the material And Manpower & Safety etc.
