Responsibilities
Study the Input of 2D Drawings.
Designing the fixtures regarding to simple way of manufacturing
Interacting with the customer and understanding their requirement.
Choosing proper machine tool cutters and designing special cutters for complicated parts
First all the components should be absorbed thoroughly and then starting of manufacturing process in a sequence order
Any special requirement of holes and datum faces for specifying the component center to machine offsets
All parts should be done primary roughing process with part stock of 6mm
After that process components undergo to rest for internal stresses relieving up to 7days
Then semi finishing process is done with sock remaining for finishing
Final finishing process is competed with in tolerances
All components are assembled as per drawing with in tolerances
