Study the impact of deporting the undocumented immigrants on the U.S. economy by collecting and analyzing data of the 3 major states and 3 major industries that employ undocumented immigrants and evaluate how much they contribute to the local economies. Also observe the historical data of the 6 states that adopted the deportation policies
Analyze the benefits of Pigovian Tax in removing a negative externality i.e. pollution and how it helps eliminate the deadweight loss caused by other government regulations including “command-and-control” and “cap and trade”
Research the factors that have a direct relationship with the housing prices and demonstrate through statistical modeling that (other than income, weather and crime rate) amenities play an important role in determining the housing prices
