PDN: Oversaw all aspects of a three-phase $40 million project to design and implement a country-wide global network of more than 55 sites based on Cisco MPLS technology for Iraqi Telecommunications and Post Company. Managed full project lifecycle, including initiation and planning, change orders, risk management, and issue resolution. Guided QA teams and System Engineers and acted as sole point of contact for vendors, partners, and end users during network installation and troubleshooting

Basrah CDMA WLL: Project Manager for a $12 million system implementation project that provided CDMA services to 50,000 subscribers. Provided consultative pre-sales support to the Basrah Governorate in Iraq and managed relationships with key stakeholders to understand client demands, design the network, supervise equipment procurement and installation, and provided post-sales services.

Maysan FTTH: Project manager and post-sale consultant to Maysan FTTH project that provided data and voice connectivity to 181 government facilities using 90 Km of fiber. Single handedly got all stakeholders to approve a technology change to adapt Calix equipment instead of Huawei (First GPON equipment installed nationwide that are not Huawei) and reduced cost by 50%.

Iraqi Communications and Media Commission (CMC): Project Manager for the design and implementation of a specialized CMC customer call center that that utilized Cisco CUCM, UCCX, and a new ticketing tool. Served as the single point of contact for GMS and CDMA operators as they were required to integrate in the PBAX. Subsequently served as the Interim Director for CMC Call Center and drove a 500% increase in call center volume.

Iraqi CMC Broadcast System: Directed the design, installation, and operation of XENTAURIX® for the Iraqi Communications and Media Commission, providing broadcast infrastructure for logging and streaming for 85 TV channels (DVS-S, DVB-S2, and local channels) and 50 radio stations (AM and FM).

Created statements of work based on customer requirements for electrical, construction, and infrastructure projects within the international zone.

•Acted as a liaison between the US military and the Iraqi Government, participating in multiple high-level meetings with cabinet members, senior military leadership, and government officials

•Worked closely with the Department of Defense and Department of State and played an integral role on the team that handed the International Zone back to Government of Iraq

•Led several high-profile projects, including the renovation of the Presidential Palace, restoring high tension 33/11 KV electrical substations, and electrical systems commissioning.
