Task Force Operations Chief / Lead Tactical Advisor, January 2015 – April 2016
Developed the unit Tactical Standard Operating Procedure and instructed the team on Improvised Explosive Device Detection and Defeat, Weapons Employment and Convoy Operations in order to prepare them for combat operations resulting in no friendly casualties.
Advised the Task Force Build Partner Capacity team and the 7th Iraqi Army Division on small unit tactics, base security and Counter Insurgency operations.
Served as the Task Force range control officer managing the base live fire range complex, responsible for the development and improvement of surface danger zones and de-confliction of training evolutions between Special Operations, International and U.S forces.
Oversaw the Base Defense Operations Center, to include electronic security systems, fire plans, perimeter expansion, position placement and overall management of the 150 man guard force.
Oversaw and managed the Unit Operations Center responsible for offensive fires against ISIS and the tracking of friendly and enemy forces.
Planned and led over 250 armed tactical convoys in a high-risk environment.

Trained over 60 Royal Mountain Leaders in mountain/arctic warfare, advance mountaineering, survival, avalanche awareness and urban climbing, conducted in 2 iterations of 9 months each in the UK, Norway, and Switzerland.
Liaised with foreign government representatives in order to conduct course evolutions in their countries.
