Set up lines 2 though15 with plastic materials such as Ridged PVC, and Felix PVC, Abs, Santa Preanal other resin ploy carbons and colors For Extrusion lines. Place Regrinds back in to restock locations. Breakdown four grinders clean and re-assemble the grinders to regrind the startup scrap of the extrusion lines. Place I.D. regrind tag on the gay

lords that have been grinded in the regrind area. Cleaned the regrind area and restock area. Take inventory of what is in the regrind area and in stock of warehouse also general clean up of hole warehouse. To assure that safty is the most top priority though out the warehouse work areas. Report any major repairs to Head mantiance so the matter could addressed and check properly. Too insure that there is no cross contamination in the plastic breakdown all grinders and vacuum out all grinders high pusher air blower the grinders also in sides blades, the blade gauds and holders as well.

Unloading conveyer-belt that has concrete bags sandstone, and riverstone product that weighs 50-65 lbs. onto spin table in which I would remove the stacked product that was on the pallet out to the yard with the forklift. If the conveyer line was down than I worked on the concrete block line. The line worked almost the same as the rivers tone line except that the linemen would have to stack the blocks after they came out of the oven on to the conveyer-belt to be palletized for relocation.
