Renovation of 6th floor patient wing. High

security area. Renovation of two nurse’s

stations, 36 patient room, two highly

infectious rooms with negative air exhaust

HEPA air filtration, two break rooms,

doctor’s office, head nurse’s office, several

storage rooms, and meds room. This was

an AHCA inspected project.

$750,000 CT/MRI Rooms within existing

facility.

• KFC/Taco Bell

Tampa, Florida

New build in two locations of a new 2-in-1

combination of KFC and Taco Bell in one

building. Construction of two different

kitchens side-by-side, dining area and

New construction of 1.2-million-dollar
